Season Opening Tournament
Saturday, 30 May

Crosswinds Golf & Country Club, Burlington, Ontario
Located at 6621 Guelph Line, Burlington, on the west side of Guelph line, just south of Derry Road between Hwy 401 and Hwy 407.
The 18-hole championship layout is designed to challenge the lowest handicappers while rewarding novice golfers’ shot making skills. Crosswinds tends to reward accuracy over length where each shot sets up the next whithin a majestic natural setting.

Runner-up: Walter KRAUS, 23 hdcp, gross stroke score of 88, for 43 points,

Season's Second Tournament
Saturday, 25 July

Dragon's Fire Golf Club, Carlisle, Ontario
Located at 342 Concession 8 E, north of Burlington Hwy 407 just east of Hwy 6.
The GTA’s first dragon has risen from the ashes of a former countryside tree farm. This championship course was built to the highest of standards with top notch USGA greens, intricately shaped Ohio sand bunkers, the best of turf grasses over gently rolling natural terrain, and features Sky caddie GPS. Every hole is cut in its own tree envelope providing spectacular visual frames amidst majestic towering trees. Opened in May 2008, the course has a wonderful rhythm of short and long holes offering strategic options in the best tradition of “risk-reward”.

Season Finale Championship Tournament
Saturday, 12 September

Wooden Sticks Golf & Country Club, Uxbridge, Ontario.
Located north-east of Toronto at 40 Elgin Park Drive between Main Street and Toronto Street (Hwy 47).
More than just a great place to golf, it reflects the spirit found in some of today’s most famous golf holes in 12 of the 18 holes. You will envision yourself playing off a road in Scotland, across a famous creek in Georgia, onto an island in Florida, and through pine forests in New Jersey.

Champion Golfers for 2009
Champions in each of Net and Gross Stableford categories are determined by the high total of scores from a minimum of 2 tournaments. Two scores are necessary to qualify for the individual championship of which one score must be posted at the Season Finale tournament. A player may compete in any or all events, as desired, with the best score from the first 3 season events being totaled with that of the Season Finale score.
